Yes I have standard suspension. Did you pay $1050 shipped?

No I paid $995 shipped. You can get these from lots of sites so I just picked one I typically support. They are all drop shipped anyway.

I asked BC Racing Sales why they charge more than 3rd parties and he said some people want the assurance of ordering direct and there is a premium for that.

P.S. I also purchased the Rear Dampening Extensions for $35

What are dampening extensions? I'm assuming the allow you to adjust the dampers without having to remove panels?

You can get to the front dampener knobs through the engine bay as the pillowball mounts are exposed. I'll take a photo tomorrow.

It's easier than you think. Wish you were local - I'd help you out so I could take a closer look at the BC setup.

Are you looking to go super low? One thing I'm really interested to see is how low/high the rear spring adjuster has to be set to reach your desired height.
I'm looking to come down roughly 2.25-2.5 inches. The current wheel gap is obnoxious.

I'll make sure I investigate this at the shop tomorrow.

On another note, today I was measuring each corners ride height and noticed the right side of the vehicle is off kilter.

Measurements over the center of the wheel (from ground to beginning of fender):

Left Front: 32.125"
Left Rear: 32.125"
Right Front: 32.25"
Right Rear: 31.75"

Any ideas on what would lead to this issue on the standard suspension setup? Regardless, I would expect this to be resolved tomorrow after the Coilovers are installed.

Please do I'd like to see what it looks like, rears too, as well as a review on ride quality.

Not on my 2016. You have to remove a lot of the obnoxious paneling. I just left most of mine out.

You're really suppose to measure from the center of the wheel hub to the fender to eliminate for tire pressure and tread differences.

I don't disagree but most folks on here measure from the ground up and so it is easier to compare car to car.

Maybe do two measurement (convention style and F15 style)

I get it that most people do it that way but that isn't really helpful if you're trying to understand why the rear left is 0.5" higher/lower than the rear right. If you measure it the proper way, the 0.5" difference could become a 0.25" difference in which case the difference is pretty negligible.

You were right. Lot of stuff to remove to get to the front dampeners so no easy access.

Also the rear extenders are unnecessary as the dampeners are easy to access through the side of the spare tire well under 3 rivets.

So I asked for a 30" height all around and they didn't want to go lower than 31" to allow it to settle. They said give it a few weeks and bring it back for fine tuning. Sound right?

1) It's probably not going to settle a full inch. 2) I don't think they're going to be able to only give it an inch drop even at max height.

I think it is hard to get a precise measurement but I measured from the center of the wheel hub to the bottom of the fender. I got about 16 1/4" front and rear.

And @mikew2069, I really wasn't trying to be argumentative. All I meant is that over the past few months various folks have reported measurements from the ground up and, for whatever reason, it does not seem likely that all those folks will take the time to respond with proper measurements. I am all for doing it the right way, hence the post above.

No I didn't take it that way at all. Measuring from the ground is a little easier but I always direct back to measuring from the center of the wheel when people are concerned about differences in height from one corner to another.

I've noticed they have already started to settle just by driving home.

Not sure what you mean by #2, but I'm confident they will get me where I want to be.

I was just saying that my guess (completely a guess) is that even with the drop setting on the highest setting, you would have more than an inch drop.

So what are your initial impressions? Were you able to see the rear spring adjuster before they buttoned it back up? I'm curious how high they have it screwed up.

Ok so I'm very happy with the low profile look absent my extreme rear negative camber that needs to be resolved immediately. The installer wouldn't do the job without performing an alignment immediately which I was on the fence about. I didn't see the sheet until I was driving home and don't know how they could have possibly thought this rear negative camber was acceptable post alignment. Since driving home it's even worse as the settling has begun; probably closer to -4.0 on the rears. Looks horrible...

I'll provide a full review once I get ANOTHER alignment. Wondering if I need a camber kit since it can't be adjusted on the coilover and our F15s can't take an adjustable control arm?

Apologies I didn't get to investigate the rear springs but will do a deep dive when I get back to the shop.
