Slight whistle sound at cold start

My F15 makes a slight whistle sound when I step on the brake at cold start. It's definitely not squeaky brakes because during daily drive it doesn't happen. I just got this cpo 2 months ago. Is it normal? Do you guys experience this?

Could be a sticking caliper.
