Liqui Moly DIJectron (not Jectron)

This product was recommended by Liqui Moly to Yuille36 for our vehicles.

I did a search but have not seen anything recent for results of using it though. No actual user accounts from what I could tell.

Anyone using this on a regular basis? Any apparent or noticeable improvements/detriments to using it?

Thanks

I put this stuff in both my X5M and E63 AMG, and I can say that I haven't noticed anything usual.
Both vehicles seem a run a bit better, acceleration response is immediate, not that it wasn't before, the noise inside the engine has quieted down on the E63 with it's cam adjusters.
I mean they weren't loud to begin with. I can't say whether or not the fuel injectors are cleaner, or the intake valves.
But I'm going to continue to use it, drop a can in every month. This is like everything else, you have to continue to use to see any noticeable improvements.

I just bought two more cans from Napa Auto Parts yesterday. My goal is to use a can of this stuff every month, and after a determined length of time assess it objectively.

You can get it on eBay in different quantities. Just make sure it's DIJectron and not Jectron.

Advance Auto Parts and AutoZone sells it too. But I would call ahead, to ensure that it's in stock.

I had a long discussion with my tech yesterday, about this very subject. He said the using any fuel injector cleaner, shouldn't be used more than a few times in a 6 month period. His reasoning is that the injector cleaner, washes out the cylinder of its protective coating of oil.
If used every time you fill up with gas. He said that this could lead to cylinder scoring. So, I won't be buying any more cans of Liqui Moly Jetron for awhile.
