That sucks man! Let me know of your logging of the RC findings. Log the RC then turn it off and log in the stock form for reference.

spent my rainy day in Kansas City flashing the TCU with XHP Stage 2. Noticed an immediate difference in driving and shifting behavior in all modes. Highly recommend.

Thanks mate.
I have been a sucker for space gray for decades as well. So sad that they stopped offering this color lately. It should be kept in options like MB's selenite gray.

I've heard good things about the XHP stage 2 transmission flash. Bootmod has a complimentary (have to purchase the license) transmission flash that I've done. I do notice quicker shifts in sport tranny mode as well what feels like more clamping force on shifts.

Just retrofitted an M-Sport Steering Wheel with Paddles to my X-Line. Had read the threads about it not working, took the chance anyways. Paddles coded, everything works! Wheel is from an f30, wasn't indicated as being heated but had the plug so just tucked it away.

For the guys with the CF front lips, are you lowered? How are you protecting your front lip from scrapes?

Should I lower her?

First off, you should give me your brakes I do think you should lower. 1.5-2" drop would be perfect. I still think you'd have a decent amount of front lip to ground clearance. My E46 M3 was slammed and had a front lip and I was able to keep from scraping the lip. You learn to pull in and out of places at an angle. My X5 is currently lowered on BC Racing coilovers and although I don't have a front lip I haven't even come close to scraping the front driving around town.

Mine is lowered on Eibach Pro springs, and don’t have an issue with scraping the CF lip.

The answer is yes, always yes, lower her!
Cheers,
V

Hey bud, I've been lowered ~2 inches with the CF front splitter for over a year and have never once scraped. Good to go! Do it!

I have been driving suvs since 8 years ago. I lowered all of them. Last one was Land Rover. I should clarify, every car I ever had since I was 16 were lowered. Still till this day, with suv I drive in an angle when going up and down the ramps or speed bumps. I guess Yu can say, Somethings will never change lol

The answer is, if you know how to drive a lowered car, you will not scrap it. And from your last few posts, you definitely have enough experience to avoid it. Lower it, do it! It's a must for the F15. If you look at the current model which I'm not feeling the look (still think f15 looks better), the wheel gaps are minimized. BMW knows we don't like them 😃
