Back quarter windows and trunk shades mod

Got these from eBay. Perfect like OEM quality and fitment.
Was looking for something like that for some time. Now Inside with tint looks and feels much more private.

do you have any pictures of them installed from the outside? i thought all x5m had side and rear windows already tinted? so these make them even darker?

Yes, you are correct. I always liked to have shades all around in the back plus keeps sun and heat outside even better.

I will take a picture during daylight tomorrow for better description .

Those look great. I was looking for these. I had them on 2012 X50I, but they were OEM. I could not find the OEM option from BMW for the F85. Good find.

You need to search for eBay user not general search. On the right side of the search bar there is advanced option. Use it and you will be able to use search for eBay user there... Avanti_Interior

Happy to report, I found them, obtained quarter windows quickly, rear took about a month for his shipment from wherever. Seems to down solar gain, day vision unaffected, night our rear a bit compromised. Sorry I forgot to post. Installing the rear hatch one was almost as challenging as cabin micro filter ( backward upside down and no sight path), doesn't look like it will fit, but it does!

As you can see from attached pics, it is impossible to see installation from outside. Inside pic's are pretty clear. My SWMBO'd added small straps to rear one to facilitate rear's removal

I had these for 6+ month. Still love them. They definitely provide additional privacy and sun reflection. Pricey but worth it

I can find the rear but not the side quarters for $85.

Web sites fitment tool says rear quarters and rear glass will NOT fit F85 or F15's. Appears that F70's are as close as you can get. I don't know what changes were made to rear quarter windows and rear lift gate glass, but these will NOT fit F85 according to ESC.Suggesting a supplier usually means you have done proper homework.

Yewlock , prices change and memories fail. Side quarters now $ 120 and rear$xxx. Suggest you contact Avanti_Interiors via eBay or google Avanti Interiors in Phoenix, Az for coronavirus timing and current price. These fit like a glove and appear to same/ very similar to material to factory rear door materials.
