Off topic - Friend of mine was bringing around a new chick. She was ultra boastful. He cut her off in front of the group while she was in the midst of bragging and called out her rear-end.. said it looks like 2 pancakes sliding off he back...like a pair of mud flaps. Those 2 words mean only this to me now.

I fitted the flaps I had that were hard plastic just to line up precisely where I thought they needed to be. I then got those flaps made in carbon fiber so I'm waiting for them to come back. Once I get them I'll have them installed and then I'll have a basic template for the front and rear. Cross your fingers. Carbon isn't the best idea for something that bumps gravel all day but I didn't wanna do cheapie plastic.

I want to say it was a thin colored plexi glass thing we used to fit the mounting positions. There is an issue where you MIGHT get snow caught behind one section but I'm working on a solution as opposed to bending the mud flap. I try not to drive when it snows anyway so may not be an issue for me.

Would you be open to making some of these for your brothers?

Just waiting to pop them on and make the templates. I've been super super busy. Real estate is crazy in NYC lately.

Have you decided if still want to make a few for us members, to get your side hustle going? I know that there will most certainly be more then a few that would be interested in buying a full set.

I have to mount these and note the mounting points for fitment on the template I have. I'm also concerned about the side skirts and how much protrusion there is in the wheel well. Does anyone have any mounted rw carbon skirts they can send me a picture of the wheel well and skirt gap? Mine should be here in two weeks.

These are looking rather nice, can you take a few close up photos of the front and back.

I was tired of my paint on the fenders getting so chipped up on my last F15, that I decided to install these early on for my 2018. Paint is holding up WAY better.

I would have color matched them but I'm sure they get the job done. I'll post photos of mine soon.
