Coilover Stance Roll Call
I don't think this thread exists in a compiled fashion, but if it does please don't crucify me Thought it would be cool for those with coilovers to post pics of their stance, along with their ride height measured in inches from the ground up to the bottom of the fender, using the hub of the wheel as a centerline. I have some BC Racing coilovers being installed next week so this is of high interest to me, but I think it will serve others well as well.

^^^That's what I'm trying to decide. Right now my ride height in both front and back is just over 32". With a bottom fender to tire gap of 4" both front and rear. I'm thinking about a 2" initial drop with the thinking it will settle another inch. Final adjustments will be made once everything settles. I'm thinking I would like the back to be 1/2" higher than the front.

Buy them bro! Fyi, I purchased directly from BC and somehow wasn't charged tax so it was cheaper than other vendors or ebay. Just be prepared to wait, they were out of stock when I purchased but only took 2 weeks to ship out.

Very fair. Look over at the F85 random pic of the day thread. I think JRock posted his F85 which I think has the perfect ride height. I am going to try to get there by EOY.

You'll prob be hard pressed to find someone that's had both, but like you said there's an obvious difference in price. That being said, most aren't tracking their X5's so the difference is prob negligible IMO.
