2016 F16 overheating

Hello, just wanting opinions on what might be the issue. Recently my X6 fan began running full blast after about 5-10 minutes of driving. Oil temp gauge right in the middle. After another 5 minutes or so engine temp high notification popped up. No codes in system when I checked. I checked my coolant, it is full, did the coolant bleed test for water pump, seems to be working properly. Today I had dash menu open while running to see what point fan kicks on. Fan kicked on full blast at about 98°C. Any response is appreciated. Thank you

Water pump is failing. Replace it and the thermostat.
