i agree it's not a bad price.
locally finding parts is not as easy as in the states, generally we need to self import everything.
the saving of importing vs having the dealership do it is only R1000 so not much.
and at least i know its done correctly.

i am test driving the car again on Monday to see if the software update and reset helped.
if not i will have the car serviced before i take delivery.

starting to get excited
Check FCPEURO.com they should be able too offer international shipping. Also....they guarantee all of there parts for the life of the vehicle.

It appears yours does have it (test drive a F15 without it and you will see what a difference it makes). DHP completely transforms how the X5 handles, it virtually eliminates body roll in corners and sweeping turns yet allows the truck to soak up uneven roads better then it should. The biggest contributing factor to this are the hydraulic anti-sway bars which auto-adust to race-car like stiffness to 80's Cadillac softness in a fraction of a second depending on the road/driving conditions.

It's how they made a 5300lb SUV handle so well, pulling g's on the skidpad that are not that far off from dedicated sport cars.

This is very helpful. Thank you so much for that.

Is the "dynamic" handling active even in comfort mode, or is reserved for sport/sport+?

No problem happy to help. It's active in every mode, sport/sport+ increases how aggressive it is but even in comfort mode it is always active.

To get an idea how powerful this system is, below is a link to a video of techs performing a calibration of the system. BMW's with this system can "Dance" . This is how the truck stays so level in tight corners, the hydraulic motors in the sway bars are incredibly powerful as you can see.
