I have it installed currently. Love the sound and love that it is enclosed. Does throw CEL for p017a which is lean bank one. With some coding you can clear and set it right. Just means it's getting more air than fuel in the air/fuel mixture.

Nice to know it's still audible even if it's enclosed. Do you have any videos of the sound? Any other issues besides the CEL?

Thx

No other issues. I will get a recording of it later today.

Interested in this intake as well. Curious to see how it performs compared to the BMS.

I'm also surprised no one is making any of the other piping for the cars or at least I can't find any.

You hear the turbo slightly when you're driving. Blowoff valve is rare.

I just put on the the VRSF. Catless downpipe and I hear the turbo spool up and blow off valve clear as day now.

Been looking everywhere for sound clip of this. I want but the Dinnan power programmer is around the same price and you get a lot more than sound....

Did your notice anything difference regarding performance? Throttle response....

I'm guessing the diameter of the pipe around the MAF sensor is larger than stock so it's moving more air than it thinks and runs lean. Any intake with a change in pipe diameter requires a tune.

Revisiting this... apparently they're out of stock everywhere right now, but in regards to the tune... will a JB4 or Racechip handle that? I have MPPK so I don't want to reflash.

It wasn't a huge difference in performance more of just sound.

I got the CEL too for running too lean. Not a huge issue for me as I was going to run BM3 tune anyways.

As previously stated it will throw CEL as you get more air than the ecu is programmed to receive.
