Question Catted Downpipe choice

Hello everyone!

I have a 2018 X6M and want to go stage 2 with Bootmod3, as such I have to install new downpipes or else it's bye bye.

As I want to minimize the smell, I'm faced with these two options for which I would love to hear the community's experience with the brands and/or the product itself:

300 CEL GESi Catalytic Converters High Flow Downpipe by Agency Power: They have discontinued the product though still warranty it, but I'm able to source it.

200 Cel Sport Catted Downpipe by G-Power: Very expensive but I've seen some videos and coupled with Akra it sounds amazing!

Thank you in advance!

I can get you Evolution Racewerks 200 Cels.
I believe Stage 2 require catless.

Have you check if Race Cats is ok?

Thanks I'd definitely like to look into those. One question, as they are only 200 Cels, do you have any info on the smell?

I personally never used their 200 cells, but my customers who bought them said no smell or very minimal.
Unfortunately, none of them are local to me.

Thank you for the super quick reply!! Just a few more questions, is there a nice sound improvement with these on? Especially with an Akrapovic installed?

Do you happen to know if the cats used are GESI (UHO) o HJS?

Hi-Flow cat will give you louder sound.
I believe they used HJS.

Thank you for your continued replies! How much would it be to acquire this downpipe? Also, would you happen to know if having them on will throw a cel error?

Hi-Flow cat is not guaranteed doesn't get CEL.
It is hit and miss, depending on your emission standard.

PM me your shipping address.

Reviving this thread as I am interested in getting high flowed CATTED DPs as well. Any input from other members? Anyone confirm if 200 vs 300 is needed to run BM3 Stage 2?

Interested in putting a high flow cat downstream of my catless DP to get rid of the smell. Any luck here?

I use the gsport 85200 (400 cell) that are on the active autoworke catted downpipes.

Btw this is in my e70 X5M.

I notice no smells outside the car or inside the cabin.
