Front brake wear?
I am looking at a 16' F85 and the owner just put new front rotors and pads on at 22,000 miles. Is it possible that these were work out in this time or maybe changed under warranty for squealing? Seems like a really short brake life either way...

You would have see service file to answer ? about changed for squealing . Your SA can answer if he likes you. Mine were changed at 16,000
for squealing. Doubtful they were worn out. Does/ were rotors done at same time? The squealing is a live with it feature, you supposedly can get rid of it with non OE pads, albeit with less cold /initial bite |

The upside is no brake squeal or dust, the downside is that you'll lose that great initial bite. But the trade off is worth it, as confirmed by many owners. I have carbon ceramics on my AMG, and I can tell you that I will never go back to OEM pads. I will say this, I can literally go months in the AMG without cleaning my wheels, compared to 2 days in the X5M before the wheels need cleaning again.

I have a garden pressure spraying that I use to spray the wheels down with. It does pretty good at removing the intermediate dust, but the heavy stuff forget about it.

I have a wheel cleaner and wheel woolie that I use for heavy cleaning, but for the light stuff, I just spray them down with water. Most of the time I use this handle brush only cost me $1.00 at the dollar store, and truly only last for 6-8 cleaning, before the foam falls apart. https://lolaproducts.com/products/th...RoC1sQQAvD_BwE
