Carpet or Rubber OEM Mats

I have used the rubber mats for 4.5 years and the chrome logo piece keeps coming off.
I just put in the carpeted mats I’d been saving,
They look so much better.
Are you using the rubber or carpet mats in your car?

My carpet mats are still wrapped in plastic. Lol. I like the look of the bmw rubber mats. And they're nice in winter. I too have had to reglue the metal pieces.

Rubber all the way. I have a dog and it’s easier to clean out the dog hair from the rubber mats than carpeted.

I have both. Carpet mats go on with summer tyres, rubber mats with winter tyres.

Same here, carpets with summers, rubber with winter ones.

We have the rubber, live near the beach so while it's summer, sand in the carpet is no fun. I have always had carpet before the X5 but I like the contrast of the rubber and the function.

Changed to the carpeted mats.
Nice change and looks great.
Will use the rubber ones in the front when making trips to the beach.
After 4.5 years the rubber mats look pretty dull.
