Squeaky Dash
Got a problem that has occurred in the past few days...
The top part of the dash, in front of the passenger seat, is squeaking really badly - eek eek eek. We've had a period of hot (23deg C, so hot for us!) sunny weather and the squeaking seems to coincide with the elevated temperature. The squeaks follow the movement of the road/suspension, and can be replicated by pushing at the dash. Cooler morning out of the garage this morning and no squeaks! Any others experienced the same?

I would have it checked out, would definitely be warranty. Nothing worse than creaks and squeaks in a new vehicle!

Yep, had this too and first tought it was the glove box.
Turned out it's the wood trim on the dashboard. My dealer worked on it and now the noise is gone, but don't ask me what they have done...I don't know. |
