Service Reminders

Hello, I have two service reminders for vehicle state inspection and also state emissions inspection. Those aren't required for where I live, is there a way to remove them or at least reset them? Also, if I change the oil before the iDrive service interval, is there a way to rest that? Thanks in advance.

Found this video, haven't done it yet but looks simple enough.

UPDATE: Tried it and the State Inspection and State Emissions don't come up when I cycle through the options. Back to square one.

IIRC in iDrive you click on the reminder itself and change month & year as needed.
