F15 Throttle Reset
Does anyone know if we can do a throttle reset on the F15 50i like we used to do on the older X5? If we can, what are the procedures.

Not sure, I haven't tried...but I'll try this later when I head out for lunch.
- Put the power on but do not start the engine. - Floor the throttle for 30-60 seconds - Keep the throttle to the floor and put the power OFF - Release the throttle and wait 2 minutes.

Removes some of the lag in throttle response. I have a similar process I can do on my Audi and it really "tightens" things up.

Has anyone tried to do a throttle reset. I looked at the instructions for the older 50i and it called for the insertion of the key onto the key slot which we don't have on the current X5. Is there a way around this?

I've stayed tuned... and meanwhile tried your possible solution - to no avail. Anyone else?
