Swapped catted downpipe back to stock now rough idle

Hi,
Car was running great for the ~21 months I had bootmod3 and evolution racewerks catted downpipe. I had it uninstalled today locally by a shop (that installed and sold me the dp previously) and put back the catalytic converter. The car idled rough in the beginning and then would have a hiccup every once in a while. I flashed back to the stock tune and also transmission tune and it doesnt run any better? Does that mean the catalytic converter went bad sitting in my garage or perhaps maybe an 02 sensor? I just spent $300 and dont want to spend $300 to swap it back especially since i need to smog it for my CA registration. if anyone has any input id appreciate it. I guess i should have left it alone and used that $300 towards a friendly smog shop. TIA for any help/guidance

Did you scan for errors? No CEL? Did you change the plugs for the tune?

yes check engine light is on, like a whole list of codes came up. I bought the car at 62k, it now has 86k. I've never changed the plugs. It ran perfectly until the swap back to the orig catalytic converter. I even changed it to the stock tune and its the same. came to a stop sign and it died as i was leaving it. So i wouldn't trust it on a long drive or let my wife drive it but local errands i can deal with it until i figure out whats going on. I'll likely email the shop and see if there is anything that could have been undone inadvertently while removing the downpipe and installing the cat

Garage List
could be as simple as the O2 sensors. removal and reinstall can cause issues if they’re not handled with care. but first need codes read.
