WTB: 20” tires for my X5

Looking to buy tires for the X5. If anyone got tires even with 50% tread left let me know. The car is due for lease return to BMW at the end of June. Run flats or not it doesn’t matter.
The sizes I am looking for:
Front:
275 /40 R20
And
Rear:
315 /35 R20
