X5 with 437m wheels

Hey guys. I got a set of wheels for my f80 and wanted to know if anyone fit the 437m wheels on an F15? Any help is appreciated.

I'd be interested in seeing how this would look as well. The 437m wheels are definitely one of my favorite wheels from BMW.

F80 bore I believe is 72.6 vs the F15 which is 74.1

Not having the actual specs of the 437 wheels...if their wheel offset range is lower than the average f15 wheel offset range...then the wheels are going to stick further out (poke). And the wheel's hubs will need to be bored out (as already mentioned) since they are smaller (72.56mm) vs the 74.1mm wheel hub that the f15 X5's have.

If you want to bore the wheel hubs out so that they will fit...then I'd run their specs through a wheel/tire size calculator so that you'll know how much "poke" you'll have and also make sure that it doesn't rub any suspension parts. I recommend inputting your original...then the new wheel & tire sizes though the calculator at this site: www.willtheyfit.com And you'll also probably need to change the tire size to match what is recommended for the X5...I doubt the f80 3 series uses a tire with the same aspect ratio as the X5 do to weight and other physical dynamics.

Since the 437 comes on the F80 would they be strong enough for the x5 weight/ cargo load?

That would be something definitely to consider...do f80 wheels have enough load rating to use on an X5?

If you compare the weight of each rim, I'm thinking no they won't be strong enough.
There is about 30% more material in the X5 rims.
If that weight is in the hub and spokes, the X5 rims are likely way stronger than the F80 rims.
