Rough Idle and engine stall

I've been struggling with this problem for exactly a year now. So basically what happens is that whenever im at a stop and engine running idle, the rpm fluctuates up and down until eventually the engine goes off. I have manhart downpipes and fi catback installed, bmc filters, stage 2 tune.
Whenever i disconnect my O2 sensors before catalyst the idle is completely normal but car misfires while driving. I replaced my O2 sensors last year and nothing changed since then.

Remove and clean the maf cartridges. That helped my idle quality alot. Have you done plugs recently?
