M Performance Brake Upgrade Kit

Anybody know the torque specs or where to get the torque specs for the front and back pad carrier (front and back carrier attachments are typically different torque specs) and caliper slider bolts for the M Performance Brake Upgrade Kit?

Tho, I gotta be honest with you, I only torque wheel lug nuts, knock sensors and aluminum bolts. Everything else....come on man.
