iDrive Controller doesn't scroll...

So everything else works with the controller...left right up down, enter... Just doesn't scroll on the screen. It was working this morning but after uninstalling my carplay unit, it stopped working after. I don't believe there is a fuse just for the scrolling portion but I could be wrong. I tried searching but all threads were based on the controller not working at all.

Check all your connections. Unplug it all and plug back in.

I did that twice now lol. I unplugged everything and plugged back in. Now I'm thinking maybe a wire might have been clipped. Would anyone know the exact wire that would be for scrolling?

I replaced it with new controller but I thought I'd plug old one in. Old one works now too lol.

I'm thinking plug was loose or just needed to be "flashed"
