Can-am, I asked BMW Stuttgart today about this cargo mat, and they said it does not fit the X5 M. Just to verify, you have no issues with the fit? Thank you very much.

The BMW all-weather cargo mat fits the X5 and X6, same part number.

Thank you very much. I will ask them again. Letting them know other X5 M owners advised me it does fit.

My wife has that one in the 35i. It’s better than the Weathertech in my M. Much more grippiier.

Thank you. I am looking at all options still, but I like the looks of the BMW Cargo mat the most. I did not like the way the WeatherTech or others looked.

I saw a similar BMW cargo mat in the back of an X1 today at BMW Stuttgart. Was hoping they would tell me the X5 mat fit the X5 M.

I was really confused when the German parts representative told me that it does not fit the M.

Pictures below are what I believe you have?

Awesome videos at the track bro.

My military sale went pretty well. Just waited a while for the X5 M to arrive to Germany. I have a panoramic sunroof/ electric sun shade problem though.

Thank you for the recommendation.
No issues so far. They look and feel amazing. Tons of compliments.

I will be purchasing them again when we upgrade to the F95.

Still looking for a rear cargo area mat. Might go with the standard BMW cargo mat that Can-am has.
I have the Maxpider for the rear cargo and would definitely recommend it!

You are as bad as I am. I wish the 95 was arriving in the fall of 18.

Thanks Sotally Tober. Since I went for the MAXpider for the front and second row, I tried ordering the rear cargo mat on Amazon. It is apparently too big to arrive to my APO and it does not ship to my Germany address.

Looks like I will be going back to BMW to buy the cargo mat that Can-am has in his X5 M. I think it looks good. I am just confused at why BMW told me it will not fit. I think it just does not include X5 M in its notes for compatibility.

Thank you for the reply. Very glad that you are happy with these. I will let everyone know what I think once I get mine from Amazon Prime.

http://f15.bimmerpost.com/forums/member.php?u=281596 Can you tell if the mat your wife has would fit into your X5 M? The only thing I noticed that Can-am said a while back was that the right rear storage compartment I.S covered, so Can-am cut a portion of it so he could still use the storage compartment.

Here is a pic of both. Looks like hers will fit if you lift those end wings slightly. Look at how the front of my Weathertech has curled.

onfireX5, thank you for the photos. This is extremely helpful. Unfortunate that your WeatherTech has warped. It does not look like that was from raising the hatch below. It looks like it is just a little too thin, and needs to be a little more structured.

Thank you for taking the time to post those photos for me.

You are very welcome. This M community is killer. Weathertech does not touch the deck......it just curled....very thin. I’d give it a 4 and the BMW mat an 8.

Looks like here in Germany, the BMW Cargo Mat is my only option. Will probably buy it when I get my break-in inspection performed. I am about 600 kilometers away from the 2000 km inspection.

Awesome. Thank you for the photos.

I wanted to order these, but Tuxmat NEVER emailed me back, is OUT of stock, and does NOT ship to Europe.

I agree! I guess on the bright side I’ll have an extra year to sock away some cash for it.

WeatherTech is the OE on the deeper BMW liners. I'd go with whichever is cheaper (between WT and BMW).

On the trunk liners- the thicker one has very deep channels. If you carry anything that needs a flat bottom (pets, etc.) this mat is (in my opinion) unsuitable. The thinner 'liner' is better for these purposes.

I received the 3D MAXpider front driver and front passenger all weather floor mats from Amazon Prime today. A few pictures below of before and after. Will post more once the second row arrives.
