S63 multiple codes after replacing engine

Hi

Replaced engine due to heavy knocking from crankcase. Engine consumed oil.
Everything went well during install.

After replacing engine i have these codes stored.
I have done the following: Checked ground-strap at VTG to chassie. I cant find any other main ground.
It doesnt have groundstrap as e70 at front differential.

checkes all grounds at injectors to block, and grounds from dme harness to cylinderhead ground-point.
I have so far measured the cables to engine watertemp-sensor, radiatortemp outlet-sensor and turbo
coolant pump.

All is fine, no shorts, cables have normal resistance measured from dme-contacts to sensors.
Double-checked harness that nothing has been damaged around engine/ frame/ chassie

Wrote in injector-values in DME1,2. Even programmed both DME. All ECU are green in the ISTA-tree.
Checked all fuses in front and back and also the mainfuses at battery. Tested both batteries and they pass test.

Replaced ISM relay-module, no result.

Checked if there is possible to mismatch contacts in the DME1,2. Cant really put them wrong
Did also prime the oilways in ISTA and it cranks well. Filled coolant. Have not tried to start because of the faultcodes.

maybe someone has had similar problems with s63/n63 when replacing engine and can point in the right direction.

Have a nice day

Don't have the same experience, so can only randomly suggest advice.

I don't have access to the wiring diagram at the moment, but that looks all to be front of engine and would bet that all those would be either on the same harness or split between the same two(DME1,DME2).

I'll take it you tried reset the codes and these keep coming back?

BTW, if you forgot an earth lead, thing would look way worse.

Hi thanks for reply.

Yes tried reset/delete codes. Also programmed/coded both dme

Cant clear them.

I guess its something simple. Maybe a connector got mixed up
between dme 1 and 2. I will check further.

I found this post on another forum. Maybe two connectors are mixed up.
