Leaking Coolant Lines

Hi Everyone.

Do you guys know if these coolant lines are easy to replace and if there's a guide somewhere that I can follow if it is?

Also, a part number would be nice if anyone can find it for me!

Looks like you might just need new clamps. Or tighten your existing ones.

Hmmm as far as I can feel the clamps are as tight as they can be. It's quite puzzling how both pipes are leaks/cracks in the same area at the same time.
