BMS intake and jb4 for 16 35i opinions wanted.
Been looking at this combo. For ones who have fan this is it worth the money for power gains? I know this isnt gonna be race or as quick as the 50i. I do feel as if its missing just a little something though. Thoughts opinions? I ran jb4 on my 335i and was super happy with it. So I havent seeked out anything else at this time. Thanks for the response in advance.

I would skip on the Intake.
Tune wise, I do recommend RaceChip for quality and simplicity of installation. Since you are not going to race, I think it would be the best solution.

Let me say that when I paired the Bms intake with stage one jb4, the car pulled much better at higher speeds. It balanced the power because Stage One gives good power at low speeds and the intake work well at higher speeds.

Well, Racechip has smother delivery compared to Stage one Jb4. For me it was either Racechip or Stage one with an intake, I picked the latter.
I would recommend Stage two Jb4. It has many features and works well if you have plans to do other modifications. |

I am currently running a stage 2 jb4, BMS intake, VRSF downpipe, 45/55 e85:93 mix. That completely transforms the truck. For less than $1500 you get over 100hp. I'm not sure if the racechip can run e85 but I swear by my JB4. I still bring it in to service and I just unplug the obd2.

I just flashed mhd to mine. They're still in beta but it's not hard to get added to the list. Only tried out the stage 1 91oct version so far but it's a nice bump in power with just that and it is just as smooth as oem.

I have been selling and using RaceChip Ultimate, currently on my G30 540i.
But, RaceChip recently released their Gen 2 products, which are GTS series. I have a few GTS Black w/ App coming in, and I have not have experience with it yet. Beside that, I have 1 left in stock, RaceChip Ultimate Connect (Gen 1 products) that is up for clearance deal. It is the same as the old RaceChip Ultimate, except this have app capability.
