Looking for ideas of what my 16 x5 is worth.

Seems like the pricing on these very quite a bit. So I’m trying to get some idea what I should price it at. Info below is what It has. I may look at trading but have the option to sit at a dealership to sell instead which will also net me more money. Car is very clean no wrecks clean life. Car is located in Manhattan KS.

2016 X5 35i
36,000 miles
Space gray
M-Sport package
Lighting package
Cold weather package
Drivers assistance package
Dynamic handling package
Adaptive M suspension
22in X5 M reps
New tires.

Has Kw v3 suspension but will be removing it. They have less than 500 miles can’t see just giving them away. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In the real world, anywhere between $39K and $44K retail I'd say.

+1. Although I'd be shocked if you got close to $44k

Dynamic Handling Package and Adaptive M suspension are major pluses.
I would keep the KWs to make it more attractive. 44K is a fair price, although, w/the market conditions and abundancy of F15s and G05 around the corner, there may not a demand for it.

It's sad, because a lot of worthy vehicles are not attracting interest.

I would be firm at 44K with DHP, Adaptive M and KWs.

36k? Just seems awfully low. In 2 years it’s lost literally half of its value.

+1. You would probably be better off selling on the forums for someone actually looking for the DHP/Adaptive M. I was in the market for a 50i with the same and found a 2014 with about 39,000 miles for 43K.

There were a million out there without DHP/Active M. If you can wait for the right buyer, you'll get closer to the higher end of that range with the KWs.

GLWS if you do sell it.

Sounds about right. My X5 had a sticker of $80K and I bought it a year old for about 35% less than that.

They are literally a dime a dozen. You don’t buy these because they will retain their value, even remotely. My mother in law’s 2015 base package Tahoe LS is worth more than my X5.

Remember that BMW has had incentives on the X5 for a while and purchase prices were way off sticker. Lots of used F15s out there are pricing is down, even for 17 and 18s.
