New goodies! Wheels on, suspension arrived! W/pics
Here are a few follow up pics from my previous posts. Just a short review, these wheels balanced out perfect, well nothing different than an oem wheel would do. Finish, physical appearance are great as well. The tires, as I had looked around on here found a set someone mentioned they were gonna do. Not many options in the size I was gonna run. That being said I wasn’t gonna spend 2k on tires either. I went with the Atturo az850. They are actually very quiet. To the people who like a good looking tread they are gonna be similar to your Michelin, And pirellis. They are also a pretty meaty tire as well. Below are the specs of the wheels and tires I’m running. Also the KW’s I ordered came In today and what a quality product they are. I am in fact still debating on if I wanna lower it down af all, but if not take a number if I decide to part with them. Now onto the specs.

Looks great. Good to hear those tires are working out so far. I had mine mounted and balanced and took minimal weight. Just haven't mounted the wheels up yet since the weather is still crap.
Are you going to get spacers? Those wheels are going to look pulled in when you lower it. Besides being low noise, how is the tire feel?

My brakes work fine though... i don’t foresee me doing a brake upgrade. After I get rid of this I’ve waited and waited I’m gonna jump into an x5m. So that being said wheels will swap over, suspension. I’ve held off so far on a tune to give me that little extra. Overall I’m just super happy with the car. I haven’t gotten any mysterious rattles yet. Which is rare. Out of my other 2 x5s and 4-5 other bmws this one so far doesn’t rattle.

I totally feel ya on the lowering. I want to do it...but I don't hah. I might go with the Eibach's for a slightly lower look that should provide a slight improvement in ride and not induce a bunch of bounciness. I don't think I'll go full blown coilovers as I don't plan to drive my X5 in a way that would allow me to realize the benefit. In terms of spacers, 15 in rear and 10 in the front should do the trick. This should get you pretty flush at stock height and will look a bit sunken in when lowered but that's probably only if you really slam it.
