Valve Gasket Leak?

I have smoke coming out from the rear hood passenger side, burning oil rubber smell.
From what Im reading i have a Valve Gasket Leak? Can anyone confirm? Pictures are from left bottom side on the engine looks like a good amount of oil leaking.
Dealer told me to change the ofhg so i did few month ago but i guess they were wrong. Theirs so much oil near the valve i find it crazy they didn't know it was the valve gasket in the first place another way milking more $$ off you, when ofhg wasn't the problem

Assuming you have the 35i. The valve cover gasket and oil filter housing gasket are very common leaks.
Are you a diyer? Gasket is pretty cheap.

Too much bolts to diy, pretty piss off the dealer didn't know it was the valve cover gasket first place
Im pretty sure they knew, there's so much oil around that area but they told me it was the ofhg causing the leak which was bs milking $$ off you to fix part that don't need to replace yet

Don't be mad. The oil filter housing definitely needed replacement too. And if you ignore that one, oil can push into your coolant.

Are you serious? Holy hell.
If you are out of warranty, you have to avoid the dealer. Unless you like being bent over dry.
