Oil filter O rings from MAHLE kit fit?

Anyone help?

Does the MAHLE Original OX 353/7D ECO Oil Filter come with the correct size 0 ring needed, or do i need to go buy a different sized copper 0 ring?

this is for my 2015 X5M. I see this filter works for the f15 M5 also, but the DIY for the M5 says the O rings doesn't fit that engine and to use a separate O ring sized 12x18x1.5 copper 0 rings.

TIA

I have been using the OE 11427848321 filter but since this is made by Mahle, I would expect the kit is exactly the same betweeen 11427848321 and OX353

If you are really concerned, spend the extra $5.50 on the OE filter from FCP Euro and get free replacements for life.

I did an oil change with the Mahle aftermarket filter, exactly the same as factory fit one. Comes with new rubber rings and copper sump washer

I've used their life time free replacement. It's real folks. Their business model is that you'll likely buy most of your car parts from them, even if for a higher price because you know you buy once and get free replacements for life. It works because before I buy any car part, I check with FCPEuro first! The sales volume is terrific and keeps the business a predictable going-concern. A brilliant business model, I think.
