Having fixed just as small of repairs as you I know how you feel.

However one thing I learned is, a good shop can fix protrusions and other defects in the bumper. You won't even notice as they can warp things back to normal with heat.

The paint is easier to blend and will be unnoticeable if you just repair the spot that's damaged if you replace the whole bumper theirs a chance your color match won't be as good and you'll notice it even more than the little dings.

Also you'll pay way more in the end.

I'd probably just repair the rear facia and have them blend the paint. She will look as good as new.
