Dual port diverter valve for n63tu?

Turbosamart BOV dual port vr9, people have put them on n63's but n63 intake says they don't fit the tu engines. is this true? Has anyone with the n63tu used a dual port bov? I've seen other sites list is as compatible with x5 v8's but they don't show the years, the tu engine should come in the 2014 and newer right?

The TU doesn't use diverter valve/blow off valves anymore. Which is a shame as I have the vr9's on my E70 and love the sound. With the advent of valvetronic on the TU, BMW eliminated the need for blow off valves by modulating the valve lift and allowing the intake charge to bleed off through the intake valves.
