Hi I’ve come across some alloys there of a x5 GO5 facelift 2023 ,mines a 2013 will they fit my car

No. The G series have a 5x112 bolt pattern vs. 5x120 on the F15

Ditto what Straddle55 said...and the f15 has a 74.1mm wheel hub/center bore…whereas the G05 has a 66.6mm wheel hub/center bore.

The other X5 that has compatible/exchangeable wheels are the e70 X5 (only). The e70 X5M does NOT. The e70 X5M, e71 X6 & X6M have a split axle set up where the front axle has a 74.1mm wheel hub/center bore, but the rear axle has a 72.56mm wheel hub center bore. so the rear wheels cant be mounted unless you augment the rear wheels by boring out the center bore, or mounting wheel spacers that will adapt the difference in center bore circumference. But mounting adaptive spacers also changes the wheel's offset. So that must be taken into consideration as well.

The e53 X5 has a 72.56mm wheel hub/center bore on both front/rear axles.
