Possible to adapt LED headlights from LHD to RHD?

Is it possible to adapt the laser (LED) headlights on the F85 X5M from LHD to RHD traffic, or do new headlights need to be bought - would anyone know?

The iDrive has an option to change sides.

You can change in IDrive.
No coding required to change LHR <> RHD (with adaptive LEDs), guess someone made a joke
