How to open 2nd Exhaust flap

Hey guys
Have a 2018 X5 40e and would like to permanently open the 2nd exhaust flap. I tried to code it on BimmerLink but it's only temporary and closes once the car turns off. Any other options? Played around with the valve and can't get it to manually open

does the 40e have a secondary exhaust flap? if so u can unbolt the flap module off the exhaust, there will be a clip made of heavy gauge wire that falls out, leave this piece off the car, ur flap is now free moving, use some wire (with its insulation removed) and tie down the flap at the open position, bolt the electronic flap module back on and connect the plug back in so the car doesnt throw a code.
