Wheel & Tire Ins--anyone use their

Did anyone use their Wheel & Tire Ins. Does the dealer refinish/replace the wheels/tires.. do they give you a hard time?
Did anyone use somewhere else other than dealer?

I've used it twice to replace my tires. Was pretty straight forward as I just took it to the dealer, said there was a hole due to a puncture, and had it replaced with a $50 deductible.

Not sure on rim replacement. Dealer said as long as it holds air, it's still good.

Always have this when purchasing a car but never buy it from the stealers.
Always go on line and buy it for half the price from a reputable company. I also find the terms and conditions are more relaxed with zero excess
In terms of value for money, so far I have benefitted from this insurance especially when having the expensive Pirelli RFT.

Had it on my wife's old 135i but of course when push came to shove, curb damage wasn't covered...
