I've heard a lot of mixed opinions about this. Is this poggy-stick behavior happen during normal driving, or are we talking about going over speed bumps, etc.? In Florida, the streets are relatively flat, so this might not be an issue.

I actually just bought AutoTecknic Carbon Fiber mirror caps which are beautiful however, when I put them on, the passenger side would not snap in tightly. Worked at it for quite a while and no matter what, it would easily come off with a pretty light touch (certainly not good enough for highway speeds). The outermost tab seemed like it would not grip and click in like the OEM one would. For you or anyone else that has done this, did you use the AutoTecknic caps? They are definitely thicker than the OEM. Wondering if anyone else had issues like I have? I have asked them to send me a replacement passenger mirror cap, but I'm not confident it will work if the mold they're using isn't perfect (the next one they send may have the exact same issue). Any info/experience with the AutoTecknic CF caps is greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately not (eBay). Thanks for the info. The seller is sending me a replacement passenger mirror cap, so I'll be trying that shortly and hopefully it works!

Before & After
Much better overall look and feel than the squared 19's IMO.
Now it's time to clean up the old wheels/tires and get them ready to sell! Last edited by Dirty Cash; 08-24-2017 at 04:12 PM.. |

Got my baby a much needed detailing job today. End result is definitely satisfactory, lol.
Even after almost 2 years, I'm still excited to take this thing out for a spin.

They have the black plastic version as well as the other version ready for painting. Check out the site and search for PKF15X5WHEELFLARES. |

A lot of people tease me about being cheap, but it's only because I only spend big money on my toys... other than that, I'm pinching pennies, lol. I used to wear BDUs when I first joined (seems like ages ago) but our current uniform is the ACU (OCP) ACU= Army Combat Uniform OCP= Operational Camouflage Pattern The uniform has officially changed 4 times since I've been in
