If you decide to get one, make sure you get a higher package (e.g. platinum etc.,) with higher deductible. If you get the lower ones, they will give a hard time during these kinds of situations.

I have provided some inputs (comparison of few companies) in this forum when my warranty expired back in summer.

Good luck!

Thank you!

I'm quite good at fixing my cars and motorcycle but my only fear for the warranty would be some catastrophic failure with the engine, everything else I believe the risk is worth to not go with extended warranty.

I was finding some posts on rims and wheels today.
And see the picture of yours. The moment I see it I thought is mine.
Not a lot of people will choose this O.Z rims. But they look great on our car!

I can't wait to be able to install the lowering kit i think it will look even better.

Sometimes I wish I had 21" or 22" wheels. Then I start driving in Chicago streets and think that might not be such a great idea after all.

Cheers,

Most BMW dealers offer Continental as a warranty. I have that one and it's been great. The SA at the dealership handles all the calls to them and has a great relationship with them so they take their word on if something needs repaired.

It was pricey. My car was a 2015 with 62k miles on it in 2018. I got a 5 year 60k mile, 0 deductible for 4700 and it covers almost everything, it's not exclusionary but right under it.

Good luck
