Headlight initialize and teach Ista

Does any one know if I need the icom in order to initialize and teach headlights using ista? Can I do it with just ista and a enet cable?

You don't need ICOM. Just ISTA and enet.

The car came with factory led headlights. I will be replacing them with led used headlights and modules.
