Factory 20" wheels and tires? Rotate?

Are the factory 20" wheels and tires uni-directional? Can you at least rotate the backs from side to side. I know they are larger rear so rotating to front is out of the question.

My Pirelli P Zeros are unidirectional and asymmetrical so you can't rotate them at all

If you are running staggered setup, you don't need to rotate them.
If you are not on staggered setup, then, yes, you can rotate them. Make sure you are following the tire spec whether it is directional or not.

Holy question marks batman. Give people more than a couple of hours reply..

Is there any advantage to rotating side to side? Front to back (when not staggered) I get, weight distribution and all that. But does it really matter going from side to side if they're both on the back? I'm not sure it's necessary. But I'll check our tires later.

It depends a bit on the way the wheels connect to the road. I'm not terribly mechanical, but I believe it's called the camber? Anyway, sometimes it can help if the wheel naturally tilts and wears more on the inside than the out or vice versa. I can't speak to the F15, as I just got mine, but I had an early model G35, and it did help to swap them side to side periodically. Gets a little more life out of the tires, although not sure if the cost of the swap really evened out vs the add'l life. Since they essentially have to remove the tire from the rim and remount, it's not the same ease and cost as a typical rotation.
