X5 2016 central compartment cooling fan

Hi my car has done only 800 km. The fan inside the central console(compartment)worked once but not anymore. I can use it to keep cool my phone and the power supply of my car DVR.

Can someone please let me know how I can get this cooling fan to work again.

The central console is cooled by the rear AC system, so just turn on your rear ac or push the sync button on your dash and it should cool right up, i use it to cool my water bottle.

Check the phone craddle diy removal thread. It goes on randomly, no one has figured it out really.

Thanks all. I have tried the AC and sync already. Did not work. Also I can remember it work with the auxiliary AC too.

I saw one thread that the console compartment has its own small fan. Is this right.?
