Electrical clicking/switch noise in X5 40d

Afternoon All

I've just bought a new 2018 F15 and I'm 600 miles in to driving it.

Has anyone else experienced a strange ticking noise like a switch is being turned on and off when the brake pedal is pressed or depressed and when you come on or off the accelerator. It also happens when I turn the steering wheel either way and when I go over pot holes/bumps in the road.

It's as if I'm I hearing each electrical system switch on and switch off again. The noise comes from behind the Dash which suggests to me it's an electrical issue.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Cheers
