Look for Ben at RGSport. He is going to test the HIFlo catted downpipe soon.

I have sold them through out the years. But personally never used it.
I am planning to use it for the first time on my G30 540. (Getting old and don't want to piss my neighbor during morning cold start).
If you want to purchase it right away, I have it in stock.

Dont get the VRSF, I know two people who have had problems installing them on the F15.
We offer two different versions of the downpipe for this car, one is for PWG, the other is EWG. The only issues we've had in the past is customers ordering the incorrect downpipe for their car which can easily be remedied by shooting us the last 7 of the VIN before purchasing so we can confirm which downpipe they need

We have literally hundreds of these on X5/X6's without issue and you can expect to see a catted version in the works shortly.

Well, I made sure and ordered the correct one and its still didn't fit correctly!

There was definitely a clearance issue with the top sensor.

Do you have any pictures to share? Not doubting you one bit, but a visual would help explain and help others understand as well.
What I noticed is the OEM pipe has tabs that secure it firmly to the chassis. The VRSF pipe does not have those tabs/brackets so it just "floats" between the turbo and cat back. This might be ok for now, but over time it may cause stress on the turbo. I would feel more comfortable using a pipe with factory mounting points.

Mine just didn't fit at all, so I had to to chop exhaust hanger and relocate it to make it fit. "pissed me off"

I would advice you to take your time and get best DP you can find. The clamp is only holding mine!! When I get a chance to crawl under the car, I will take some phots.

I carry Evolution Racewerks.
Been using it and selling it.
Still working on re-listing the downpipe back on my website under Race products.
But, if you want it, PM me directly.

Why weren't we contacted about this issue? We would have been more than happy to assist you with your install and make sure you were properly taken care of.

The hanger has been proven to be unnecessary since the exhaust has quite a few hangers the support it's weight. There have been 10's of thousands of pipes sold for N54 and N55's that don't have this bracket and there hasn't been one disclosed failure due to lack of a bracket.

I purchased the DP through Extreme-Powerhouse and waited about two months for the part to arrive. They kept saying the delay was caused because of VRSF.

That was very frustrating to begin with, but I did contact them about the fitment issue. At first they said I ordered the wrong part.. I was sure I didn't so I gave them my VIN and mike passed that info to you guys, still nobody knew for sure if I had ordered the right part or not! finally Mike asked for a picture of my original factory cat and said yes I ordered the correct part. Well, Its embarrassing because I knew that all along.

What makes me pissed about the hanger is that I need to cut and weld again when its time to reverse back to the factory cat.. all that delay and the fitment issues, yes a pretty bad experience with VRSF.

This sounds like you had a bad experience with a vendor. We weren't made aware of the issue nor were we contacted directly which is why we recommend that our customers contact us directly when or if they have any issues with our products.

Possibly. Although I don't think it's worth changing to a high flow catylitic.
A catless pipe will provide significant gains, but you need a flash tune to avoid a cel.

Pretty sure the package I received came directly from you! And I dont think the vendor has anything to do with the fitment issues.
