Wheel Fitment Question
Guys, I am looking to replace the standard wheels (18inch) on my Wifes 2015 X5.
I have found a set of 19 inch 467M wheels with 255/55/19 tires on them. (square set up) I want to make sure they will fit. I was struggling to find the factory offset of both the new 467M wheels and the standard 18 inch wheels on the vehicle to compare. My wife's x5 is NOT an M-sport and for that reason does not have fender flares. My fear is that the 19inch 467M wheels are going to stick out or not fit. ANY help is appreciated. I have done several searches and have not found any conclusive answers. Thanks

They will fit and won't stick out. I have 20 inch 315mm rear tires and they were not sticking out. Had to add 20mm spacers to get a bit aggressive stance. |

What I am looking for is a wheel that will fit like the original X5 18inch. I dont want it too look aggressive. I just hate the 18inch thats on there.

The 467m wheels are 19x9 with 37m offset
Where the 18's on the car are 18x8.5 with a 46 offset i believe. Not sure if this helps anyone in getting me an answer

Will that 15mm difference make it stick out? Not at all. To prove it here's pics of 467m on X5 without fender flairs - like you want. The only pics I've found googling - but you can see that it's far from sticking out (it's not even flush if you ask me). Now the only thing is that - you said you want 467m to sit inside exactly like your 18 inch set - that's not going to happen. 15mm difference is there either you want it or not. It's just physics. You can't expect a wider rim with lower offset to be exactly like your narrower rim with higher offset. P.S. Also 255/55/19 tires are not oem specs (255/50/19). You can still use that tire size if you want, I'm just saying. |
