Looking at a CPO 2017 X6

Hoping for some feedback on this. Wife and I are looking at replacing her Passat with an X6. We found a 2017 CPO X6 xDrive 35i with the right goodies: It's got Cold Weather, Driving Assistance Package and Plus, Premium, M Sport, HK, etc. It's Mineral White over black cow with black 20" 469's. Has a clean CarFax and all service was done at the local BMW dealer. Good looking ride.
Feel like they've been working a fair deal on the numbers. I've bought several BMW's from this place and this particular sales person and feel like they've been decent to us. The hesitation with this is the miles - it has 45K on it. Would you buy one at this stage of it's life?

I guess I'm also wondering about 2 years from now when CPO warranty is up. What sort of issues am I potentially looking at? It will be my wife's primary vehicle and she drives about 20K miles a year.

Thanks in advance for your input/thoughts on it!

At the rate you're going to accrue miles getting something with say 30k miles is only a difference of 9 months or so. How much more does a 30k X6 cost over one with 45k? (rhetorical question) Are you likely to spend the difference in upfront cost on repairs?
I personally don't think you are going to see a huge reliability difference in that amount of miles. Consumables will be replaced on the miles driven.
As far as issues (you can read about N55 and F15/6 problems at length on here), there's not a lot in particular. There are some oil housing and valve cover gasket leaks here and there, some water pump failures, etc.
We're definitely turning into a consumable society when people are concerned about a vehicle with 45k miles. 200 is the new 100! I say buy and enjoy.
