Michelin Winter Runflats
Anyone have personal experience with either of these two Michelin winter RF tires?
LATITUDE X-ICE XI2 ZP LATITUDE ALPIN LA2 ZP I know that, in general, runflats have a harsher ride than their non-RF counterparts. But given that winter tires usually ride soft to begin with, I'm curious whether any of these two runflats would be tolerable in comfort? |

I've used XI2 RFT on my 435GC. They were great.
I think LA2 is for a soft, European kind of winter.

To be sure, you didn't find the ride to be overly firm? Would love the peace of mind of not having to immediately deal with a flat in the middle of winter so long as ride comfort is bearable.

For me they were too soft, like any other winter tyre.
