Back quarter windows and trunk shades mod

I got the shades and love them. And I do not think they're too dark at night.

I put the back shade in today after hardwiring my V1 (used the MirrorTap unit - super easy) and it took some coaxing to get it in. There’s a slight gap on the bottom where the cutout is, but it’s not that bad, but I know it’s there. I may take it out and reinstall it, and boy am I glad I put zip ties in there to make yanking it out easy. I may toss zip ties on the side quarters, but don’t envision ever taking those out, even in winter.

You'll never take side ones out unless interior windows get smoked up. Rear however, you may wish to remove for night long distance high speed runs. Just sayin!

Agreed. As I said earlier, I’m pulling them when we come off DST and head into winter.
