USB Audio Not Working

Hi,

I'm sorry if this issue has been discussed before but I searched and couldn't find the answer. Also tried Google.

Just picked up a 2015 and when I tried to connect my phone to the USB in the center arm rest, the USB connection remains grayed out in iDrive. I tried different cables with same results. The phone is charging though so I assume the USB port is working?

The car came with Enhanced BT & SmartPhone Integration if that matters.

Got it to work! Kept trying different cables and realized it was just the position of the plug. Was wiggling it and saw the phone finally being recognized. Phewwww…
