AC Compressor always on… even heat?

recently bought f15 x5

Everytime I run the heat the AC compressor turns on… pressing AC button on or off does nothing

Any ideas here? Hampers performance a lot

A/C will automatically come on with recirc or defrost regardless of the heat setting as it is used to pull moisture out of the cabin air.

The HVAC has a humidity sensor and that will trigger the A/C when needed.

The front vents have a blue and red wheels in between them. Roll them to the red.
