2018 x6 - purchase help

Hey guys,
I would love to hear some thoughts to help me make a decision on my purchase.

Currently in the canadian market I narrowed my search to:

2018 x6 35i M package fully loaded
26,000 km for $57,000 CAD

Or

2016 X6M fully loaded
77,000 km and $2000 accident claim.
$$59,000 CAD


I used to drive 2016 M4 as daily driver and I loved it. Seats were not the most comfortable but lived with it (big guy)

I'm worried about the performance downgrades with x6 35i, mainly exhaust sound.

However, I love the comfortable seats in the x6.

I test drove both cars, and obviously the x6m was incredible.

My question to you:

Would get the X6M despite being it 4yrs old and soon out warranty.

Would you get the x6 35i and get MPPk to get the exhaust sound ?
What exhaust would you get ? Considering the warranty.

My x6 35i with MPE sounds great. I don't care about power, it's enough.

Same price? I'd get the x6m.

You should be able to find a similarly priced x6m with a clean record and fewer miles, at least in the US.
